Our editors are experienced at matching music with properties, but if you want to choose your own music we have royalty free music available at https://artlist.io, select the song you would like to use and send us the link 24hrs before the booking so we can download and prepare the music for mixing and to deliver your media on time. The video is based on the soundtrack, because of the amount of time it takes to reflow a video to music you have to be sure of your decision in advance.

Our floor plans are commercial grade within 0.5% accuracy best in the field and at the top of the list in requirements for the most stringent MLS systems in North America and that is why we invested into our Lidar scanning system. We like to future proof MLS requirements.
Condos and non-freehold townhomes the builders quote total sq ft on sale including exterior and interior walls which is not accurate because they sell the walls to the condo corp not the unit owner, most vendors are unaware of this. This is an fyi, as sometimes the walls are over 200+ sq ft. Email us for recommendations.
